This chair is so comfortable! It's soft but gives good support to my back. I'm especially impressed that my head is not thrown forward, as I have often experienced with other recliners. Wood creaking/squeezing right out of the box
It's hard to recommend this chair when it creeks when you sit in it and/or rock right out of the box. I had to place a service request for a chair that I have owned for less than hour. Very disappointing. Also the 5 star sweepstake reviews of this chair seem disingenuous. Buy at your own risk.

I love my recliner, however I ordered a brown and it's a lovely shade of grey. Keeping it because we picked it up ourselves and didn't want the hassle of bringing it back. The grey is pretty and Im happy with it. You guys need to get it together though.
