If our technicians are unable to remove a stain or repair the damage to your furniture, we replace the affected part or replace the entire piece of furniture free of charge. If your furniture is no longer available, you can reselect new furniture. See Terms and Conditions for complete details.

If you don't use your coverage during the 5-year protection plan period, you’re eligible for an in-store credit equal to the amount you paid for the plan. Please visit your nearest store location to redeem it. The rebate is valid for 60 days after your plan expires.
