The product was as advertised. The showroom, selection and sales person were great. The only criticism was that the delivery crew wouldn't take our old chaise when they delivered the new one. This policy, which I've never experienced before, needs to be communicated clearly to the customer before purchase. It was an unnecessary surprise that dampened an otherwise good experience.
I would purchase this again!

We bought this chaise and then we decided to buy the two sofas of the set. When we received our chaise the color was this weird greenish charcoal color way to off of our sofas which supposed to be same color/design.We bought them on September is just been 5 MONTHS and the design from the CHARCOAL color started to wash off disappear almost, and the buttons starting to pop out, now they look like old. Very disappointed with value city.
