This product is better than I thought. Both couch and chair are firm. Not I comfortable firm, but built well. I love the fabric as it's pet friendly. I can wipe it with a damp cloth in between shampoos.

Love this loveseat. The material is easy to clean, it is comfortable. Love that the foot, back and headrest can move independently. The center console makes it convenient to stor remotes, glasses, etc. It has 2 cup holders. I have gotten lots of compliments from friends. Very nicely bullt. Would hoghly recommend.
Weak armed, not strong armed
I purchased this product and just a few months after purchasing, I went to stand up, putting some weight on the right-side armrest to assist with my standing up and the frame inside the armrest broke. Now each time I either sit down or stand up, I am reminded. Needless to say, I am not very impressed.
