Bed broke and customer service doesn't get it.

Bed did not support 750 lbs as indicated. Rails broke after 1 week of use. There are only 2 rails and the metal clips that attach to the sides bent and the mattress fell on the floor. It's a good thing that the bed is only 2 inches off the ground or we would have incurred personal injuries too. ...I called customer service and asked if they would just send a metal rails to replace the 2 rails that bent and they insisted, I would have to buy this. And proceeded to school my on why....really. WHY? I paid for an additional warranty (in case of damage). This is damage, I know if they send new pieces, it's just going to brake again, so why not just give the customer what they need to make them happy!
