This bed is everything you could ask for, it's soft, but supportive, it's attractive, it's like sleeping on a cloud! However, the only drawback I have are the tufts. I have the king size, and find the tufts to be a little uncomfortable when you find a spot with one and it hits just right. The other issue is one of the tufts seems to be almost detached from the bed and I've only had it for a month. I would recommend a mattress protector to nip this problem in the bud. Overall I can't recommend this bed more. I love it.

We have tried all of the name brands over the years with ongoing sleep and back issues with support and quality. We finally purchased a Sterns & Foster, Reserve Collection King. This has been by far been the best mattress we have ever slept on. I have back issues and, the first night, I had a very good and restful sleep, the first in many many years. This mattress literally changed my life with great quality sleep. The quality is outstanding!

Ok- so this may not be the model in this listing, but I am here to testify that OUR Stearns & Foster Firm King bed bought in 1995 is still firm as it was new. I'm not kidding. On top of this, our mattress has been moved 6 different homes. Even went out of the country to Santiago, Chile on a cargo ship, and up 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse in VA. The movers have always complained on how heavy it was. WELL MADE! When we got married, our first mattress came with the furniture. The worst ever. My husband said make it super firm. The sales person said the Stearns & Foster was the best and it would hold up. They were not kidding! So firm that I purchase a topper 3 years in because my husband said it was too firm! At this point we are reluctant to change as a lot of things aren't made as good as they use to be. When I can finally part with our Stearns & Foster, we will definitely buy their spit adjustable bed.

The mattress edge has good support and makes it easier for My handicapped husband to get in and out of bed. For me the pillow top helps with aches and pains and sleep is so much better.

I purchased the Fairmont Signature bed after having the best nights sleep ever in one of their hotels. After a brief break in period, the bed is heavenly and I feel like I'm at a fancy resort. Outfitted with white cotton sateen sheets to be just like a hotel stay.

As in the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears…she was determined to find rest. The first to beds were not right until finding the third bed "Just Right". This is what I experienced over a long period of searching for the right bed for me. 20-25 years of researching and trial that led me to my final decision to purchase a Stearns and Foster Reserve Pillow Top Firm Mattress. A wise decision that I've enjoyed since the first night !

We were very happy with this mattress for the 1st year or so. Then deep impressions developed even with rotating the mattress. This mattress, after 3 years, is so uncomfortable that both me and my husband wake up with backaches every morning. We contacted the company and were told to take picture after picture of the mattress in various ways. Every time they wanted another picture showing the impressions. The pictures clearly showed the deep depressions. After months of this, they told us we had no warranty claim and to get lost. I would never, ever recommend buying a Stearns and Foster mattress unless you like throwing away this kind of money on garbage that the company won't stand behind.
Saggy after a couple months

I spent so much money on this mattress and after maybe 2 months it already started to sag SO BAD. It hurts my back and neck so bad and I cannot afford a new mattress and I passed the trial window. I slept better 9 months pregnant in a hospital bed. I have rotated it several times and I try and sleep in the middle and both sides every couple of days to even the wear. I also am only 115 lbs

Soft enough to prevent pressure points on hips and shoulders for side sleepers, but firm enough to prevent back aches from spinal misalignment. Perfect sleeping temperature and motion isolation as well.
