I know it said firm but lay on it for the first time today. Actually for a long period of time and my body hurt a little wish I could take it back for something more comfortable.

Purchased this mattress as a replacement mattress for our 4 kids after a total loss fire and they said that it was the softest mattress they'd ever owned and the first night they got them said they hadn't slept that good in a long time! I'm one happy mama!
