Medium mattress deliverwd that feels extea firm.

The bed I purchased was "Medium" but I find it very hard and suffer discomfort in the low sway of my back. The mattress does not support the natural body curves. I purchased a fluffy topper which has made the initi feel better but has not resolved the overnight discomfort issue. I am going to al...so purchase a 2" memory foam pad in hopes a solution is reached. I laid briefly on the bed in the store and it felt comfortable with a softness like it was padded. I am going to visit the store to see if there was a topper on it that does not come with the mattress. I also want the store to show me where on the mattress I can confirm I actually received the "Medium", not the "Firm" mattress. This is a major disappointment I have never experienced with a bed in the past. My last bed purchase was also from American Signature and it, as well as other furniture purchases were a success.
