I've had my couch for 2 months and the material looks horrible. After 1 month of sitting on it the cushions are pilling and it looks bad.

This was my first and last purchase from Value City Furniture. From the delivery and the quality of the sofa- this experience has not been good. Delivery: I was excited when my sofa was delivered then I came home to sofa pillows thrown on the floor and everything still in plastic/cardboard. Oh, and I only had two-thirds of my couch and was missing the third section, which I was never informed of prior to delivery. In addition, they left a product I didn't even purchase. I ordered 5-star delivery, so I wouldn't need to worry about putting the sofa together myself or need to worry about disposing of the packaging, which was clearly not done. I called customer service, who tried to tell me that I didn't order the 5-star delivery and ordered the additional product. After going back and forth with proof of the purchase email, they finally acknowledged they had made an error on their end. Approximately, two months later, I received a call reminder for the last part of my sectional. The delivery people attempted to keep shoving my sofa through the door although clearly what they were doing was not working. It was not handled well at all. Sofa: The sofa is cute and seems great at first; however, I've barely sat on it and it's already falling apart and looks anything but new. Within a week of owning the sofa, the fabric began excessively pilling. The sofa sides are stapled together, and now the sofa sides are coming apart with a large gap and the staples showing - this has already happened to the section I've only had for two weeks now. While I expected to need to fluff/adjust pillows filled with feathers, I've never had so many issues with a feather product. The sofa insistently needs to be adjusted every time you sit on it. It's not worth the trouble.
