I bought this recliner cuz I had shoulder surgery & our existing recliner was not comfortable-it was old. This chair is extremely comfortable. I knew that cuz my mom bought the exact chair 3 yrs ago. It's very well made. Our salesperson was Jennifer (I think) & she was very helpful but not too pushy...

The Preston 3-Piece Dual-Power Reclining Sectional with 4 Reclining Seats is an excellent product. A word of caution, make sure to get all your measurements correct when looking at the product. It is extremely large. We could have done better by not buying the corner wedge piece and just gotten the two reclining pieces. That said, we moved the wedge piece to another room where it fits perfectly and our family is happy with the layout of the reclining pieces. I recommend this piece if you have the space.
