First of all, I'd like to address some of the comments made by other customers. Yes, cleaning this couch is a pain . However, it is completely worth it . When this couch was first delivered to our home my first thought was that it is absolutely wonderful. My second thought, what was I thinking ?! We have two children and two dogs ( both dogs shed ). When I sat down on the sectional and felt the soft velvet like material ( in a dark shade of blue at that ) I realized that the material is very similar to that of the furniture hair removers I have used in the past . Sure enough, after a couple of hours of the dogs lounging on it and children cuddling up with their chenille throw , the couch was completely covered in hair and lint ! I initially thought I had made a huge mistake and even considered getting rid of it . Now, I am very thankful that I didn't . The couch is beautiful, comfortable, perfect for lounging and movie nights . The fact that I can plug in my cell phone while lounging is a huge bonus . Also, the cuddles ( large middle section) doubles as a guest bed when the pillows are removed . No kidding , it's very roomy and comfortable! Also, the darker color and materiel help hide spills made by careless children . It's also easy to clean up muddy paw prints from messy dogs ( just use a damp cloth and you can't even tell it was there ). Bottom line , I may have to take a vacuum to it once a week ,use a lint/hair remover in between and be cautious as to what type of throw blankets we use , but It is completely worth it and I'm extremely happy with our purchase.

This couch requires constant cleaning! Collects dust and lint and very difficult to remove/clean!!!

Would not buy again. Must clean several times a day but still shows every little hair or piece of dust.

We just bought this couch 4 months ago. The cushions are already wearing down. Very disappointed!
