Bought this to replace old couch and give my elderly parents comfortable seating. My husband sat in it on the day it arrived and he had taken up residence. Very comfortable. Very nice looking. Sits a bit out from the wall (not a wall hugger) but not enough to be bothersome. We purchased the one with the console and it is very handy. My LR is small so that helps for use. The fabric is somewhat soft. Not rough and the stitching looks like it would hold up well. Overall the construction is sufficient for us in our 50's and my parents in their 80's. Not sure how long it would last with small children climbing all over it but I'd say 3-5 years if taken care of. For me, I'm hoping for at least 10.

We got the loveseat and couch in the color granite! We absolutely love the color and how both couches recline! It definitley has a movie theater feel in our house now. Our kids are absolutely obsessed and can't wait to come home and relax. I was really surprised at how comfy there are too!v
