Every piece was scratched on delivery so the quality is exaggerated. The store display had the same type of scratches as does other reviews so it's just poor quality and customer service was horrible.

The recliner stopped working, and we barely use it; we have not had much time with it. For the price paid; it is not a worthwhile investment, and it is certainly not white; rather, it is beige.

This set looks great, and the leather is superb, but it's impractical and very uncomfortable. At 6 feet, my feet don't touch the ground. There is no back support, and the loveseat doesn't recline flat enough to stretch and relax.

I bought this product close to year ago and I see the turned to be having marks within few days , the cushion on the seats is going down and not for which is not what I am expecting for the price that I paid. The electronic recliner is not durable.

The most uncomfortable sofa we've ever purchased. Hate it!!!

Very comfortable couch, and love having the USB plugs to charge phones on each end. I was a little worried about the color before hand as it looked way more cream/white in the online pics. However, in person it is much more of a light tan which I love.

It's huge and I like the style. But unfortunately had marks and discoloration right out of the box.

We purchased this Chapman reclining loveseat on sale and had it delivered 1.5 weeks later. The salesperson was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Some of the features of this reclining loveseat that made us pick it were: - Large sitting areas. In a pinch 4 people could fit as long as you don't mind sitting close - Best option in a reclining loveseat they had for tall people. Head rest is good for tall people (I'm 6'2") and the foot rest is longer also - Power adjustable head and foot rest Gives more flexibility in the reclining positions - USB A & C and wireless charging pad - All leather - Cup holders and storage compartment The only thing it doesn't have that we wanted was power lumbar support. But other than that, we are very happy with our purchase.

We purchased this couch over a year ago and we have not had any issues. We do have two cats and I would say maybe not the best if you do not keep their nails trimmed short or capped, if tiny unless scratches don't bother you. It has gotten a little flat in the back cushions from where we sit daily. Outside of that it is still very nice looking and soft. Ports still work and recliners function fine.

We love this couch - the brown color is so sophisticated.
