I have the full set of this furniture and I love every piece except the 5 drawer chest. The drawers only open 5-6" while all other pieces open 15 1/2". The delivery guys noticed it immediately & took picture. They sent a repair person 3 weeks later & she agreed this is not right. The glides are different from all others…double dresser, 2 double drawer nightstands, & king bed with drawers all have 18" glides. This dresser is not functional as is. I've spoken to customer service & managers at all stores in Florida numerous times. They told me they will send me the new gliders, I'll have to find someoneWas told to call corporate in Ohio. Spent hours on phone with a very nice lady last Friday who then needed to speak to supervisor & would get back to me that afternoon. Never called back. As we speak I'm on with Brianna at corporate. She is now putting me thru to warranty service…I was cut off. Called # she gave me, a recording, asked for my phone #, "they have no record of a purchase from this phone number." I'm at my wits end trying to rectify this problem. Customer service is non existent.

This is a well made dresser chest. The drawers slide out very easily and another one I bought stood up to daily use for the past year. The drawers are lined with a soft fabric, which is nice. Some assembly is required. You have to put the feet on. (With an Allen wrench that's provided) I wrote this for #sweepstakes
