We are committed to doing our best to fulfill customer orders for products which are currently in stock through December 22, 2025. You can track your order status here.

Are financing programs still available?

Should I continue to make payments on furniture that I previously financed?

Yes, customers should continue to make their financing payments as usual.

Will existing warranties continue to be honored?

Yes, existing warranties are fulfilled through a third party and will continue to be honored at this time.

Will warranties continue to be offered on new purchases?

Yes, we are continuing to offer warranties on new purchases at this time.

Can I use a Value City Furniture or American Signature Furniture gift card?

We expect to continue accepting gift cards through December 31, 2025; however, gift cards are not accepted at locations that have begun store closing sales at this time.

Can I return or exchange my recently purchased product?

We expect to continue accepting returns and exchanges until Sunday, December 7, 2025. After December 7, 2025, we expect all sales will be final at all stores. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for clearance items.
