This pillow is very high quality! I bought it for my husband as a Father's Day gift, so he just received it yesterday and slept on it last night. He loves that it kind of springs back into place, even after a full night's sleep. (He has a habit of flattening any pillow he sleeps on; this one kept it shapes.) Very soft and cozy to the touch. Am hoping to spring for a new mattress before too long, and we are definitely looking at the Stearns and Foster brand. Our current brand-name mattress is great, but we slept on a Stearns and Foster mattress at a bed and breakfast in Cynthiana, KY, and it was love at first sleep!

Ordered the pillow to replace one that my husband has used and loves. The cover and design is identical, but the feel of the pillow is nothing like the one he has. Very disappointed because we are out considerable money with no refund option.
Way too high - neck and shoulder pain!

I got a couple of pillows, one for me and one for my husband. We were very excited about them as they seemed very comfortable in store. Unfortunately, we started having really bad neck and shoulder pain after using it. I called the store and they informed that we should keep using it for at least 90 days to break in the pillow - which we both did. The pain after that time has gotten way worse, and there is no way to return the pillows (which were not cheap!). My husband and I are regular height at 5'3" and 6' and we are both side sleepers. If you are not into really really high pillows, try finding something lower.
