I bought this chair to replace one that just died. My old one had an adjustable headrest and footrest and I had wanted adjustable lumbar in my new chair and this one seemed to have all the bells and whistles. When the chair was delivered and I was able to try it out, I found there is no button to adjust lumbar support. I called support and spoke to Matthew and he said it has lumbar support built in and it's not adjustable. I pointed out in the description says it's adjustable, at least it did between March 18th when a place to order through May 2nd when I got the chair. I had considered this one against the Cyrus model and that one has a lumbar clearly marked on the controls. The reason I didn't get the Cyrus was that some reviews said that the footrest did not go up enough, I would agree that this probably is the same situation with this chair it does not lift my legs as high as my last chair. It is a firm chair so far, which I like. As this is an early review I'm not sure if I would recommend the chair, I just wanted to help anyone who's not able to visit the showroom and try out the chair themselves.
