Nice look for the price, but the King headboard we received has a defect in one vertical bar. Was easy to install and as we stood back to admire it, that is when we notice the crooked bar. I called Ashley and a very nice lady is helping us with the process of retuning the headboard to the vendor. ...

Great headboard. Very sturdy. Had no problem using the included plates and attaching it to my existing full bedframe. I put it together myself and it was fine, although it would be easier with 2 people. Highly recommend.

While I love this king headboard itself, it's 2" too wide to fit on our king size bed frame. My husband had to order special steel plates and 3" screws just to attach the headboard to the frame! Measure before you buy!

It's adjustable, but only for width, not height. I am keeping it because I like the simple, sturdy design. Shopping for brackets to adjust to height of bed if we use bed risers at some point.

Unfortunately the holes did not line up with my existing queen bed. I had to improvise for things to work, not the best set up. Tools provided for were less than adequate

Really like. Good price. Simple to put together IF your frame matches up to holes. Mine didn't so we had to use the enclosed plates. That was a bit labor intensive….long story 😆
