This island was delivered when expected. It was well packaged with no damage to speak of (a couple very tiny marks in the black finish, almost unnoticeable). I was impressed with how well everything was labeled. The hardware was all sorted, labeled, and sealed on a single piece of cardboard backing, making it very easy to assemble. All of the pieces went together very well. The only thing extra I did was to predrill the holes to screw the casters on, the original "holes" (indents, really) were very close to the edge of the block of wood and the screws would have split it otherwise. The stainless steel top looks very nice, but fingerprints show up easily on it. It cleans up nicely, though. It's just a thin piece of stainless applied to a wood base, so it does show some wavy-ness, but not too bad, and it is solidly backed. I put this together myself (other than having help flipping it over) start to finish in a couple hours max.

I was not happy with my new Kitchen Cart. I was missing parts and the holes were NOT drilled in the correct location. I had multiple scraps as well.
