It started to come apart at the seams 3 months after I purchased it. The warranty did not cover. A waste of time and money.

We purchase in July 2025 and it's sept 3rd within less than six month sofa start getting saggy no good cushion inside and we customize and sent less pillow throw pillow should be with each seat. Not satisfied with warranty and material color start to fade off

this is one of the better sectionals value city offers. the company has made the construction and materials a lot better.

We love this couch!! Even going with the standard foam fill cushions, we're more than pleased with how wonderfully comfortable and yet solid this couch seems. The thing that really sold us on this style was its adaptability. Our living room isn't very large so finding something that would give us the cushy, sprawl-factor we wanted while still fitting into our small space was a challenge but this item and its related components made it happen. Because of the many options that go with this style, we also chose an additional corner piece and an armless chair and voila!!, a nice sized L-shaped couch that fit our space AND gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax! With the choice of the durable but soft chenille fabric, we're in heaven everytime we get to sit down and enjoy our evenings.

Very comfortable but stitching is terrible and will not hold up with normal use. Got the warranty coverage and made a claim in the first month and got approved. Since they kept tearing apart, I waited a few months to make another claim but got denied because I was blamed for being to rough on the couch. STAY AWAY.

It was unraveling at the seams, stuffing coming out of the pillows. definitely not worth the buy or the price.

Bought on clearance. Looked great. Within three months the seams unraveled and cushion felt like they were dissolving, super flat. Ordered linen covers to get through the next couple months. Then, I'm going to take a sledge hammer to it and toss it in the dump.

I was attracted to the idea that I could select pieces to fit my space exactly. I have had the Nest for less than two years. I take good care of it but the fabric is pulling apart and fraying at the seams of the seat cushions. The throw pillows are mis-shaped due to a really cheap fiberfill. The back pillows do not keep there shape either. I purchased the warranty package and instead of them accepting that the fabric is a horrible choice for normal wear and tear, they are doing nothing to fix the problem. I am very unhappy with the integrity of the Nest. I am also extremely disappointed in the warranty that I purchased. Value city just lost a customer for life.
