Very comfy so far, and perfect size for what we were looking for. The pet protection option that value city has seems like a good investment for us, but luckily haven't needed it yet. We haven't had it for long, but we'll see how the cushions hold up. Only complaint is that some parts of the sectional supposedly got loaded into the wrong truck, and communication regarding pickup was not great.

I went with the hybrid in Laurent and I'm so happy with my purchase. Couch is extremely comfortable and I love that the cushions snap in so no loose sliding cushions. Fabric is on the stiff side but hopefully that means with wear it will hold up better.

We bought this furniture for our newly remodeled family room and it is great. Very comfortable and very fitting for our family room. It is sturdy and well built. We've only had it 2 weeks but it seems like it will hold up well for all that we use it. The purchase was easy and our sales lady was very accommodating and didn't rush Us in our purchase. The delivery was simple and very straightforward. The delivery guys brought it in and set it up for us with no hassle. My only issue with Value City is the amount of spam email we get. I've blocked them and reported them as spam but somehow the emails keep getting through. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase..
