At first we were hesitant to buy this chair because knowing down feathers, the chaise would need a lot of fluffing. However we barely have to fluff it up and it gets used daily by either us or our pets. We absolutely love this chair. The color/fabric we chose was Synergy oatmeal almost an ivory color. With 1 large dog and 2 cats, its amazing how resistant it is towards pet hair and claws! I definitely would recommend this chair.
