I give this product a 4 out of 5 rating due to its design. We took a stab in the dark at buying these pieces as there were no demos to look at, we just had to go on trust. The pros: Beautiful piece, decent engineering, great instructions, cushions seem to be above average and comfortable. The cons: Pricey, when I sit in loveseat, the back seems to slide out.. It doesn't happen to my wife, but I am 5'8 and its a bit annoying.. I am hoping this changes as it breaks in, ALSO, the hardware (screws and nuts) are plentiful, however strip super easy so take, your, time..
