Quite Firm, cool, but back soreness for 2 months
I've had a Tempurpedic mattress since the original, and I doubt I'll ever sleep on anything else. I've tried a few other top rated mattresses but they just don't compare for quality of sleep. That said, Tempurpedic has some subpar mattresses too as the industry continues to evolve yearly, and IMO ...

I have had this mattress about 5 weeks at time of this review. It is cooler and does not cause shoulder soreness like my previous mattress. One thing that I did not expect however, is that the weight of my body (~200 lbs.) causes a depression where I lay. This is probably due to the softness of the mattress conforming to my body. The depression does not seem to interfere with my sleep and goes away when I get up.

I'm not happy with this mattress at all . Probably will be canceling my purchase and getting something else or Will be exchanging for a medium - firm. Not sure yet . I'm also not not happy with the fact that we need to pay restocking fee of $185 . And also absorbed the price difference for a different consistency mattress from a firm to a medium with Is in my opinion" false advertising" , you go under the impression that you can try the mattress and if it doesn't work or you need to exchange you can " at no extra cost" with is not true. I'm seriously Considering returning this and getting a sleep number mattress instead .

The first few nights were a struggle to get used to, but after that it has been good. Bed is more firm than expected. They say you have to break it in, so we will see.

Bought a top of the line Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze Split CA King mattress at Mancini's less than 4 years ago. Half the mattress has significant sagging and is causing back pain...submitted a warranty claim which was rejected by Alex on May 1. This is not an accepable response as we spent over $13,131 and our expectation for a mattress of this quality is that it would last more than 4 years. While there are some "normal" sweat stains, we unfortunately have not been able to get an adequate customer service response from both Mancini's and the warranty team at Tempur-Pedic. Its sad that we now have to look at purchasing pads or removing our bed and purchasing a new bed...of course we don't recommend Tempur-Pedic nor spending this kind of money on a mattress that lasts only a few years.

I've been using this mattress for a few weeks now, and I'm honestly so impressed. It's the perfect balance between soft and supportive. I used to wake up with back pain, but since switching to this mattress, I sleep comfortably through the night and feel great in the morning. The quality feels premium, and it doesn't sink or overheat. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep!

The king mattress is comfortable but is smaller than the advertised 76"x80". Mine is an inch shorter and nearly two inches narrower; sheets don't pull tight. I don't think this is a simple quality control issue, I suspect shrinkflation! Had I know this, I would have considered a California King. The retailer was also unable to sell several accessories. I'll be forced to use the TempurPedic website. I expected better for the extremely high cost of this mattress. I think we'll be happy with our sleep experience (one night so far), but I'll ask a lot more questions if I deal with this company again.
Please save your money and DO NOT BUY! Terrible mattress!!

This mattress has been terrible from day 1. We bought it thinking it would be cooling, and super comfortable because hey it's a tempurpedic and because it's so pricey it should deliver right? Decided to splurge on it. Absolutely wrong! First off, I should have listened to my body when I started sleeping on it and it wasn't comfortable. But they have a 90 day window where they tell you to "test" their mattress for and it says it needs time to break in. So they convince you to stick with it for that time. Very good practice for their company by the way, to make sure they guarantee maximum profits for themselves. God forbid life happens and you have big life events that might push you a little past that 90 day window (not more than a few weeks). Their customer service is extremely unhelpful and sticks with saying, "sorry you are past the 90 day window and we can't do anything about it." So your product doesn't last past 90 days or you don't believe the mattress is high enough quality to guarantee it? Also, why would it matter if we are a few days past that, we slept on it and did not like it. Honestly it feels like sleeping on a rock and my body aches badly! And now that I'm pregnant, the pain is pronounced even more. Yet their customer service has done NOTHING to mitigate the issue or to give us a satisfactory outcome, exchange or return. I've reached out to them three times about it and have been met with a wall from them everytime. Don't want to sound like a "Karen" complaining but hey, I'm giving my honest review and feedback about their extremely overpriced products. For those who are on the fence, please take your money elsewhere and DO NOT BUY! Their products NOR their customer service are worth it!

I had a 25-year-old Tempurpedic that used to feel like sleeping on a cloud. At the same time it started to feel less like a cloud, I became a very hot sleeper. I knew I would stick with Tempurpedic and when I learned about this cooling model, I had to have it. My first night of sleeping in my new LuxeBreeze was the best night's sleep I've had in a very very long time. Paired with the Ergo Power Base, it's my dream bed.
