Quick list of pros & cons for us, detailed (and long) review below: Pros: - Our mattress firmness feels similar to the one we tested in the TempurPedic store, no surprises there. - The support and feeling upon laying down is nearly magical! (seriously!) - Cooling is ideal for us. See tip bel...ow for extra cooling. We're in FL and will take all the help we can get lol! - Contouring is impressively for our bodies, hard to find an uncomfortable position. - We are waking up in less pain, which is such a HUGE win for us. Our surgeon very happy we got Tempur - Noticeable improvement in sleep quality according to our SleepTracker - Like that the cover is removable; random side note: LOVE the zipper pulls - had handles on the bottom and make it easy to move. - love the texture of the top cover of it. it doesn't smolder you, and in a weird way, makes it easier to move around. - fitted sheets fit little bit better (this mattress 1" shorter than prev bed) - yet to test intimacy performance, but have a feeling it will be a champion. :P Cons: - Rep at store said the cover was washable, but the tag on inside says "do not wash". still looking for clarification - Movement isolation pretty awesome, but can feel a slightly more motion compared to our previous Tempur bed. nothing we cannot get used to. - hard to find much wrong with it to be honest! for people shopping, be sure and visit several different stores with the same mattress; helps you get a better idea of what will be right for you since some beds have been on the sales floor for months vs weeks. also suggest not to wear jeans, the waist can kinda create a pressure point that should not exist. Our second visit my wife wore leggings and I wore basketball shorts, and we got a much better feel for the mattresses. - Delivery guy was a cruel/nasty person, smarted off to us & made an real unpleasant scene inside our home. No masks, no footies, no gloves. Extremely disrespectful, and severely upsetted my wife. It's a long story, but if I was their manager, they would be fired on the spot. I wouldn't expect this from TempurPedic, but turns out it was a 3rd party delivery company. Detailed review here: Wife and I are recovering from auto accident (ACDF surgery, several RFA, PT, complete life change re: mobility, etc). We've had this bed nearly a week and already seeing an improvement in our mobility. We landed on the ProBreeze Medium with the additional cooling. (this was tricky to find on website - you have to go to Luxe Breeze, then change the dropdown from 8 to 3 degrees for the ProAdapt with addl cooling) Being primarily side sleepers, we felt this was our best option. Though we wanted the Luxe Breeze, turns out you can only purchase that in "soft" or "firm" - no "medium". Since we already have neck/shoulder issues caused by herniated discs/stenosis from accident, we were reluctant to go with the firm and the soft one was not supportive enough (and worried years from now, it would get more squishy). Hence the ProBreeze Medium. This mattress hits a real sweet spot for us, great support and not waking up with our hands numb. My wife said she could feel the immediate release on her hips, and every morning she's woken up in the last week has been a refreshing (and long overdue) relief. In a therapeutic sense, our gut feeling is this could be an ingredient of our recovery that could be what gets us over this (seemingly) insurmountable hump in our recovery. Re: comfort, we get a great sense of micro-contouring when we initially lay down. It's quite magical to be honest. I sometimes fall asleep on my stomach and it is incredibly comfortable in this position (store rep said firm for this, but I'm not seeing any issue). Unlike the Luxe, I feel like the edges retain better and do not get the feeling I'm going to fall out of bed. The movement isolation is pretty good, but to be honest I think our Rhapsody Breeze was a tad better but this one is still above average. It's a bizarre feeling getting into a bed, and literally every position we get into is comfortable - this is a HUGE win when recovering from spine injuries. It's a weird (good) sensation to get into a bed that you sink into yet have great support - it conforms wonderfully but absolutely does not smolder you. Re: the cooling, we are happy with it's performance. Keep in mind, this will not keep you 50 degrees all night, and have read a lot of reviews with mixed expectations. We've seen a great improvement in our temp/comfort in the last week, and is certainly superior to our old Rhapsody Breeze. No overheating, no feeling of getting absorbed by hot foam, no mid-sleep sweating. Pro tip: if you pull the sheets back a few hours before bed, it seems to "absorb" the cool AC air nicely when it's time to go to sleep. The other thing worth noting is the superb customer service with TempurPedic. We bought the Rhapsody Breeze back in 2015 - most expensive mattress they offered at the time, and had many great years of sleep on this. Few weeks ago, my wife was cleaning the sheets and noticed an issue with the foam. We called Tempur, and they indicated this was an issue and requested we send photos & fill out form. Within 12 hours, CS returned our email telling us they wanted to replace the mattress due to an apparent manufacturing issue and gave us a credit for our original purchase. Seriously, 12 hours!! This is as impressive as it gets IMO, there were no hidden fees or strings attached. Simply pick out mattress that we wanted to replace it with, and they promptly shipped. There was no pro-rated costs, no "mattress inspector" that had to validate things, no impossible red-tape, minimal hoops to jump through. It was dealt with the way it should be, and we're *extremely* grateful. Overall, these mattresses are worth the investment. eThe sleep is incredible ,the customer service is impeccable, and the comfort of having this mattress to look forward too is overwhelmingly incredible for us ,as we continue to recover from spine injuries. Hope this review has been helpful to some; I know we spent a LOT of time searching and reading reviews, since this is a large purchase. Again, best advice would be to go to several stores with the exact same mattress to draw an average conclusion on your purchase. If we hadn't, i think we would have ended up with the wrong bed.
