The quality of the bed is mediocre compared to what Tempur Pedic used to be. I had a Tempur Deluxe mattress that I purchased 20 years ago. The quality of my previous mattress was superb and it wasn't even the top of the line at that time. However, the new Tempur models just aren't the same quality even though they are much more expensive. I had originally purchased a Luxe Adapt Hybrid and it was good for almost two months. Then it softened up to the point of not being supportive and it felt terrible! I was able to make a warranty claim and I exchanged it for the Luxe Adapt Firm. That mattress is better but the quality still isn't great. It has softened up after about two months and sometimes the "firm" mattress feels so soft in the morning that my body doesn't feel supported. It also seems to feel different almost every time I go to sleep even though I keep the temperature in the room the same. I'm very disappointed that Tempur Pedic has diminished in their quality while the price keeps going up.

We came from using a traditional extra firm flippable mattress to a Tempurpedic Hybrid and it was night and day. I do believe, we will not using any other type of mattress ever. We enjoy the support it gives us and how it does not need to be flipped. We've had this mattress for 6 months now and there is no break in the mattress itself to know where we lay. I absolutely love that factor. The only thing we don't care for is the lack of support at the edge. It does give way when you sit on the edge. That is something we can live with since we are sleeping so well. No body aches, no pains when we wake up and the lack of movement when we move around through the night. It's nice that it won't disturb us while we move.

I'm a little disappointed in this relatively expensive mattress...I expected a more comfortable nights sleep than what I'm getting. It's just ok, nothing special, After 5 monthsI still toss and turn and wake up sore...I could've spent a lot less money for this experience...it will most likely end up in my guest bedroom...and I'll try a non-temperpedic product next.

I wish I had chosen the softer mattress , the bed creaks when we get in and out of it. I hoped it would eliminate my back ache that I experienced with my old mattress but it has not. Being able to raise the front of the mattress has helped my husband sleep better. I should have done more research before my purchase but I am stuck with this choice. It is hard to find a mattress for both of us as I am 5 Ft and my husband is 5 10, I weigh 110 and he is 185

My decision to purchase the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt mattress was based on its strong reputation and marketing claims regarding pain relief. However, my personal experience has not lived up to the hype. The mattress retains heat, making for an uncomfortably warm sleep, and—most critically—it has done nothing to alleviate my chronic body pain. This was the core reason for my investment, and it has failed to deliver.
