My husband loves this recliner. He loves the fact that he can adjust the back to sit up straight and the lumbar support. The chair reclines smoothly and quietly and he makes use of the charging port and cup holders.

I value overall comfort support in a chair. I was not looking for bells and whistles. I was looking for something similar to my 15 yo lazy boy manual recliner. The sales rep assisted me well. I steered towards chairs manual. She explained difference pros cons in power vs manual I agreed to try it out. My first thought was it was a bit stiff,firm snug/short base.I was told it was material design to keep maintain shape support. Note to self always go with your initial gut feeling. I did not care about cup holder lights charger. By two weeks of ownership most sitting upright or feet reclined the seat and low back area was quite uncomfortable. I started to notice consistency of tailbone pressure and lower spine pressure when sit in chair. This occurred with or without lumbar support in use or head or legs fully upright or reclined. I was bit puzzled. Im 50s not ancient I had other family sit relax in chair. They too were complaining of feeling hardness on seat bottom area in all positions and lack lower back support when reclined. I'm a medical professional of 30 years things need time to adjust. The result it kept getting worse. It is now 4 weeks. I stopped using the chair! The family decided to look carefully at the chair top to bottom. They look at the actual dimensions of the seating, back, arms, area for mechanics. They put the chair in every position possible with no one in it. They discovered due to power mechanisms sitting at base combined with overall design is flawed. The distribution of components for the chair vs overall comfort is poor design quality. The seat measures about 4.5 inches thickness through front & side of chair. However in the back area of center seat taper down 3x less depth 1.5in. There is no support for the important part of spine.There are areas wide open zero support surface When sit/recline you feel various parts of mechanisms and wood frame. This is huge problem no support. Cup size poor/charger fair. Attach few pics

Like the lumbar power support and power adjustable head rest. A third of the cost of a comparable lazy boy.

I wanted a simplistic recliner that had a head rest and lumbar support and found BOTH in this recliner! There are 3 adjustable components: the headrest, the lumbar, and the foot rest. I have a very troubled spine that requires support. This recliner is comfortable and supportive. I can even sleep a couple of hours in it. I purchased the navy color which coordinates really well with my coastal farmhouse décor. LOVE my this recliner!

This product is very comfortable to sit in and on occasion nap in. I love the cup holders, the lighting and the USB port.

The chair was what i was looking for and a great price
