We purchased a pair, and so sorry we did. This chair is a very firm sit, so my husband likes it. He rarely reclines or sits back. He uses like an arm chair. I, on the other hand, recliner, change positions and recline, then down a lot due to back pain. I've had my chair about a month, and my back pain and sciatica is way worse. It's just not cozy comfy, and hurts my back. I am back in my La-Z-Boy and and considering taking a loss and selling the pair. They really look nice in our room, but I want comfort and these dont give it.

It is great for my husband been able to relax with his feet up and able to stand up when he get up out of the chair

Well my complaint is because of my own fault. Didn't go to the store to purchase. Ordered it off Webb page. After receiving merchandise I found that the foot doesn't elevate high enough to get my foot above my heart wish was the doctor orders after surgery. Like I said my fault. But the chair is very comfy and raises way high enough to get me to a standing position

I love my lift chair. I hurt my knee and the chair has really helped me about getting up and down

When looking for recliners, our hope was to find something comfortable, supportive (not soft) and a texture our cats wouldn't want to scratch. To our surprise, we found these which were also power recliners and lift chairs - for about half of the cost of what we were looking at, so we bought two! We were hoping to find a good deal on power recliners, but were not expecting a lift function for this price. They just arrived today and they feel just as comfortable as we remember from the store. Hopefully the motors last a long time.

Very happy with chair. As i have arthritis, it makes it so much easier to get get out of . Very comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for.

Recliner was delivered, assembled and tested as promised.. The sales person Alice at the Monroeville store was very helpful. So far everything is working fine and I love this recliner. My one complaint is the chair came with no instruction manual so learning the controls is by trial and error.

Very nice chair, very happy I bought it

Purchased for my mother in law who needs assistance with standing and swelling in her feet and legs. Chair is comfortable and fits her well. Remote is a little complicated for an 88 year old but she is working on it.
