this was the most disappointing purchase I think I've ever made in my life. We ordered in May 2022. Received June 22, 2022. By 9/12/22 multiple seams were pulling apart. Some were completely open. One adult and 2 older kids/teens sit on it. It's not being jumped on or abused in any way. No animals i...n the furniture. There was no reason for this. I had purchased the extended warranty/insurance. I filed a claim and they sent back that the photos I sent were manufacturer defect and to contact the store. I called, they took days to call back and let me know they scheduled a technician to come repair it. The man showed up with no supplies, took photos and said they should've sent me supplies. He then took photos and said that the store would call within 17 days. No one very called. I spent the next 2 months getting a complete run around. I called weekly to check in. Once they told me they had ordered 3 new cushions but couldn't tell me which ones when I said there were 6 cushions affected by this. They said a manager would call, no one called. I finally decided to try the "contact us" through email. I did get a timely response. They asked that I send photos and said no previous claim was opened for this issue. I sent photos. Next day they emailed back and said that the technician reported they were customer caused and they couldn't help me so to file a claim with the warranty/insurance. I replied that I had done that first and sent them the response from the warranty stating that it was a manufacturer defect. I've now asked to speak to a supervisor or someone above the person that responded to me. History says I will likely not receive that call.
