I was a little nervous about our decision to buy this set after I saw negative reviews on this particular set. However, on delivery day, our set arrived bright and early and was set up in minutes. We've had ours for about two weeks now and everything works perfectly.

We have an odd shaped livingroom and thought this was the perfect solution. Size wise it was. However when we received it one of the pushbutton recliners on the ends didn't recline. It was several weeks before a tech came to fix it. He had the wrong part. Waited another few weeks, again the wrong part. They finally replace that section with a new one. Fabric starting show signs of wear almost immediatly. It has been less then a year and the couch has spots that are already worn through. It is marketed as faux leather but I have no idea what it really is. I've seen a lot of faux leather products hold up much much better than this did. If you're thinking of purchasing it, please think again. You are wasting your hard earned money on what I consider basically a piece of junk. We don't have small children, we work all day so it's not like the furniture is in use 24hours a day. Not by a long shot. I shudder to think what it would look like if someone was using it all day or you have little ones (or big ones for that matter) who enjoy putting their feet on the couch. I hope our misforturne with this item saves someone else a lot of trouble and disappointment.

Not thrilled with this product at all.... half tempted to ask for a refund or exchange or something? It's not worth the $2000 I spent on it.
