The chair had two cracked legs which the company I believe will send me new ones. The hardware wasn't secured in a bag so some of the pieces were missing. I again am hoping to get replacements. The chair is very nice looking and everyone wants to sit in it. I would have gotten 2 if I had realized how nice it looked.
