My wife and I loves this massage chair, definitely a must at every household. To come home from a long day at work and get on this massage chair is everything. Love the different functions it has, and comfortability from head to toe. Not to mention the Bluetooth capability to listen to your own music while getting the massage that suits your needs.

When sitting/laying down in the massage chair my back started to hurt really bad the first couple of times! I called tech and they instructed me to lower the Intensity of the chair and I did however there's still concerns of other parts of my body!
