The color is cold grey/silver. My house is warm. It looked like it had some warmth to it in the picture online. Also, I saw the table lamps in person and they have some warmth to them. Also, one of the connections is weak and the bulb is less bright/flickers/isn't on at all. I love that you can dim the lighting. Oh, I almost forgot to say this thing is HEAVY and awkward to move. Do your best to know exactly where you want it because trying it in different spots is difficult. Ask me how I know...

I love everything about the lamp but my favorites are the shiny irradescent smoke glass globes the beautiful and modern but they also work to protect your eyes from the glare of the bulbs. I also like the dimming feature I sometimes will use it on low as a nite light. But up on high it's awesome to read under. It's very heavy and a very solid well made arc lamp.

This lump is really nice except for the buzzing sound that it's constantly making once it's turned on.

I love my lamp! It took a while to get it but it was worth the wait. It's modern, sleek look and unique shades are my favorite characteristics. My only issue was I broke pieces of glass off the base of a shade when I tightened the nut too much so be careful when installing those. I was able to make mine work but it's a loose fit. I wish I could replace the glass shade but it still looks good.

The lamp compliments the living room and sectional we have.
