This company has defrauded me. I ordered 2 of these tables in the natural finish based on the dimensions advertised on this website. When the tables were delivered the dimensions were not even close to what was advertised. I contacted customer service to let them know they were not as described and that I would like to return them for a refund because these are not what I ordered. They told me that in order to receive a refund I needed to take them to a physical store location and return them myself. I explained that the nearest store is over 30 miles away and that the boxes do not fit in my car so I have no way of getting them there. I asked if there was an address to which I could ship them back, but they refused to provide one and insisted that they will only accept them at the physical store location within 7 days if I wanted a refund. Note that I dod not buy them at a physical store location, I ordered online and they were delivered. I tried to reason with them and explain again that I do not have a way to get them to the store, and remind them that it was their negligence and their responsibility to ensure products are described accurately on their website. It is fraudulent to mislead consumers and misrepresent products for sale on the website. They admitted that there was an error on their website, but still refused to work with me to find a way to have the tables picked up for a refund. Ultimately, I now have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge because they were unwilling to take accountability for their mistake, even after having admitted that it was their error. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. This company has no concept of customer service. I guess that's why they need to defraud customers to make sales. On a side note, these tables STINK like oil-based polyurethane. They stunk up my house in the few minutes I unboxed them before realizing they were the wrong dimensions.
