My wife wanted a recliner to replace our existing loveseat. We found a great match with this furniture. She was much impressed with the softness of the material. The reclining mechanism opens easily but is challenging to close, though we expect it will become better after a few weeks of use. The console is very useful for cords and drinks. The color is close to that online and match our gray walls nicely.

Bought this to replace old couch and give my elderly parents comfortable seating. My husband sat in it on the day it arrived and he had taken up residence. Very comfortable. Very nice looking. Sits a bit out from the wall (not a wall hugger) but not enough to be bothersome. We purchased the one with the console and it is very handy. My LR is small so that helps for use. The fabric is somewhat soft. Not rough and the stitching looks like it would hold up well. Overall the construction is sufficient for us in our 50's and my parents in their 80's. Not sure how long it would last with small children climbing all over it but I'd say 3-5 years if taken care of. For me, I'm hoping for at least 10.
