My first review was censored, so here's the details: Ports stopped working within months. One side hasn't reclined since day 1. After 8 months, the storage compartment still smells awful. The back support sits 6 inches higher than the seat when reclined, meaning it digs into your back. Laying on this couch feels like punishment. This 6 inch gap means that you will lose your remote and anything else that's not tethered to you. Be careful digging because that metal down there is SHARP! Keep you bandaids handy.. Threading is unraveling, Cushions are breaking down. This sofa is trash, and these are obvious design and construction defects. Read all the reviews for the different configurations and heed the warnings. I cannot believe they're still selling this. This is my third and LAST couch from VCF. They've lost my business.

Bought this couch in April of this year and the right side recliner has went out. I am so disappointed in this couch.

I absolutely LOVE this sofa. It is the most comfortable in all respects. I love that it can be configured so many different ways. We just went with the straight sofa version, but could have gone so many other ways. Delivery was quick and professional. It does need to sit out from the wall quite a bit to give it room to recline, but the recline is totally worth it. We don't even notice that it is away from the wall more than our other one.

Love this sectional. Big and comfy.

I have had this sectional in blue for roughly 7 months. Wanted to leave a review to help others. The couch has held up great with no issues or signs of wear. Wasn't sure if we would like the small console section but have been very happy with it and might get a second to add in. Some have said the frame bends, I haven't had any issues, could be a weight or roughness issue. I think the heaviest person to sit on the couch was around 230lbs and it had no issues. I am a cat owner and the fur is very easy to clean off, rubs off and vacuums very easily from the fabric. Have had one hairball incident and that cleaned up with resolve, did not leave marks, stains, or discoloration. We did see it happen and cleaned it immediately. The value city team was great and set it all up when they delivered it. We did have to wait a few months for it to be made but it was worth it.
