Cushions don't hold up
I purchased this couch five months ago. The display in the store was comfortable and the cushions were fluffy. DO NOT BUY
Do not buy!! the couch sections do not attach to one another so constantly moving all over the place plus the cushions are feather you always always have to fluff and rearrange cushions+pillows.

Good concept, poor execution
We've had this furniture for about two years now and it has aged awfully. The bottom cushions are so flat (and have been for awhile now), we're looking to replace the filling so we don't have to buy a whole new sectional as we spent so much money already on this one. It's too much, I wouldn't recommend or buy again if I had the option.
I honestly don't recommend it
At first I loved this sofa because it has a certain look. But overall, I can't recommend it. There's no brackets holding the sections together and there's nothing to hold the cushions in place like Velcro (with the exception of the ottoman). Every time we use it, I have to spend time putting the cushions back in place after they slide down and all of the filling flattens out.
I would not purchase this couch again
Although this couch is so beautiful it absolutely sucks. The material they used shifts around so much and loses its fluff everywhere. I've tried doing what the instructions say to keep them fluff. Doesn't work

Comfy and Cushions are NOT Uncomfertable
I am confused about why there are so many bad reviews regarding the softness of the cushions. They are down feathers, and even under the cushions, the base of the couch is super squishy as well. They are down and need to be fluffed and rotated weekly. If you don't do that, then perhaps I can see how they would become less soft due to compaction. Otherwise, I love this couch, super easy to clean and the perfect off white color.
