Comments about Austin Dual-Power Reclining Sofa - Brown

Purchased reclining sofa and loveseat. Leather peeled from seat, back and arms. I was told: "Per the information provided you have cracking/peeling of leather in the seating area. Unfortunately your claim has been deemed non serviceable due cracking, and peeling on seating areas of non top grain leather. Per your warranty certificate cracking/peeling is only covered in the seating areas if the leather is "Top Grain" leather. No coverage will be offered on "Non Top Grain Leather" cracking, and peeling in the seating areas. Seating areas are defined as all areas where body touches the furniture such as the seat casings, back casings and the arms." Don't believe the salesman about the warranty.
