Delivery time took 3 months. It was supposed to take another month longer, but after calling I found out that they were going to keep it at the store for a month bc they didn't have someone to deliver it to our house. So it wasn't supply chain issue. We do live slightly outside of the delivery area, but a manager approved the delivery before purchase. After delivered I stepped out of my office to see it only to find a seem ripped/torn on my new couch. I immediately called the store as the men had just pulled out of my driveway. They asked me to email pics to them. I did so and my email was rejected and I got no response. I called the next day to have another customer service rep tell me the same thing and give me the mailbox that was inactive. I sent the pics to another account and she said she needed to speak with her seamstress and would call me back. I never heard back. I called the store yet again looking for information telling me I would be contacted by an inspector to come see the tear in my leather. Still haven't heard from them. Couch was delivered Thursday. It's Sunday now. Lack of communication is very frustrating and extremely disappointing given the price of the couch.
