I hate this couch. It is not comfortable at all. As others have stated it needs to be fluffed constantly. It is so messy looking. But the worst thing, to me, is the fabric. I got the eco fabric, or whatever it is called, and it is supposed to be pet friendly. It is not. In fact, dog hair sticks so badly to this fabric that even vacuuming doesn't get it fully clean. And the cushions are so floppy and heavy that it's hard to get enough tension to vacuum well. I wish I had just kept my old thrift store couch. Don't buy this. You'll regret it.

Extremely comfortable. Like others state you have to refluff the cushions and they are a bit heavy. For a woman this might be a serious consideration as it seems to bother some reviewers but it was fine for me with my upper body strength. You sort of plop down and then slowly recess into the cushions. The frames are very durable and the fabric is tough. One flew off the back of my truck going down the highway because the air grabbed it and when I recovered it there was no damage. The pieces are heavy and made of hardwood and plywood, not particle board. The cushions are made of same textile durability and the inner pillows can be unzipped and if you need more stuffing you could buy a bag of feathers on Amazon to give more fluff. This couch is a long term keeper on quality and durability but comfort is going to be based on individual taste. This is by far the best quality and sturdy product available at value city. Some of the other stuff is questionable but this one is the real deal and it's made in the USA.

100% deception! This couch was amazing in the store. Of course it was, someone goes by and fluffs it after every sit. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen at home. This first sit is the only good one, after that, you're sitting on a hard frame. I wish we would have looked it up and read the reviews before buying it. It looks great in our space and that's about it.

The seat cushions are very thin and not fluffy. You can feel the base of the couch through the seat cushions. We tried stuffing the cushions with more feathers, but that didn't help—the feathers started coming out of the cushions and poking us when we sat down. So after only 2 years, we bought another couch to replace this one.

This couch looked beautiful and plush in the store, but once you start living with it, it's true colors come out. When you sit on it, you are basically sitting on the frame. The cushions go flat and offer absolutely no support. You have to constantly re-fluff the cushions and they are large and heavy. Do yourself a huge favor and do not buy this couch.

There is not enough padding/feathers so you sink right down to the frame and it is quite uncomfortable. I wish I knew if it was possible to get additional padding inserts but the store can't seem to answer that question. As soon as you sit on it, it looks like it's ten years old. This sectional tricked me! It looked so beautiful in the store. Then I got it home and actually started living with it. It's like sitting on the ground. All the feathers get pushed back and you're sitting directly on the frame of the sofa. You have to CONSTANTLY fluff all of the cushions and they are heavy and awkward. It's definitely not a good place to try and lay down because it's lumpy in some areas and rock hard in others. This is the worst and most expensive sectional I have ever owned! Please take my advice and keep looking. Do better than I did!!

This couch is very pretty when it's all fluffed up, but it loses that as soon as it is sat on and immediately looks frumpy. You have to fluff the cushions constantly, which is annoying in itself, plus the cushions are heavy. If it's not fluffed it is very uncomfortable to sit on.
