Purchased 2 chairs in june 2019. The chairs fell apart completely. One chair the reclining won't recline no more. Had to wire the reclining mechanisms together just to us it as rocker. Other one the stuffing at the foot rest is coming part and stuffing coming out both sides. The is major gap now between the back and seat now have to use a pillow to fill the gap. This is major case of buyer be wear. Do you homework before you buy or you will sorry.

Had the chair for 3 years only reclined on occasions. Lately I was using the recliner a lot and it broke after hearing a crackling noise. If you don't recline it is okay. Not worth it.
Worst chair ever. Had it less than 6mo and the arm broke

This chair is poorly made. We have had less than 6mo. My 4 yr old mostly sits in it, now the arm is broken and sags to the floor. No reason for it. And yes we take good care of our furniture. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

I have had this chair for 4 years. The reason why I am just writing the review now is because I am purchasing a new 1. It is very thick and comfortable and very soft. It lasted thru 4 years of abuse of 2 kids beating the heck out of it through jumping and playing. However last week my kids, who are much bigger now, were roughhousing and jumped on it and finally broke it, I'm going to call to see if we can get it repaired and if we can't I'm buying the same exact chair because it was that comfortable!

I had this chair for 8 months , and it looks like its 8 years old. The stuffing underneath the leg rest started coming out on both sides, the seat started pushing forward leaving a big opening in the back of the chair, and the right side of the chair where the lever is to recline the chair came away from the side of the chair.

I am 7 months pregnant and I can't sleep in bed at this point. I decided to get a recliner to ease the aches and pains of this pregnancy. This was the absolute worse purchase I could have made. I literally had it for 4 hours, and returned it. It's so poofy (and not comfortable poofy) that your neck cannot get comfortable. I fell straight backwards 3 times getting in and out. The handle is so far down to recline that I was just totally turned off. Not to mention it just seems so cheaply made. I couldn't imagine keeping this any longer than 4 hours because it would have been a waste of my money. Going to a Lazy Boy dealer tomorrow to get a quality recliner.

It looks very nice and was great for a couple of months, but the more it got used, the more the padding got pushed out of place and now it feels like you're sitting on the framework. Disappointed. Also, the back part of the chair doesn't feel very stable. I've checked it many times, and I slid it together correctly when I got it.

far better than I ever expected, I picked it up from the store. came in a box, and inside it comes in 2 pieces, which I was so happy for, so you don't need to worry about it not fitting through a door or anything :) and the pieces just slide into each other, no tools needed.
