I purchased this set roughly a year ago and it's already peeling. The 4yr protection plan is a scam. I'm now having to purchase an entire new recliner being its a 5 piece set i purchased last summer only for it be peeling already and the claim i filed was denied. They make it difficult to file a claim due the endless fine print disclaimer within the service agreement stating 99% of issues are not covered. They also don't give you option to pay them out of pocket to fix the furniture they sold you. Instead you're referred to out sources. Horrible quality and the protection plan, overall it's disappointing the blatant scam.

Love it! I want another!

We were looking for a comfortable loveseat/sofa that wasn't too high in the back. We have a beautiful view from our living room window, and this piece fits perfectly without obstructing the view. Just looking at it makes me feel good! It looks like a huge comfy marshmallow! We love the auto-recline feature. With a push of a button, we can recline as little or as much as we want. The headrest has its own set of buttons for an individualized setting! The hidden cupholders are so nice and offer a clean look when not in use. We love the "touch" reading lamp - a nice feature that allows light without needing a lamp on an end table. The inside storage compartment is HUGE! You can charge your phone just by laying it on the tray. There are also a few USB ports inside the storage compartment to charge devices.

Beautiful sectional, extremely comfortable and enhances our rec room. Everyone who sees it loves it and their first question Is " WHERE DID YOU GET IT"
