I never write reviews b/c I'm just not very picky but so disappointed with this set. We've had couch & love seat less than 6 months. Very comfortable but fabric does NOT hold up. It gets pills and looks terrible. One of the reclining mechanisms also broke & it's taken a ridiculous amount of time & still not fixed. Never had this with other VCF couches.

The couch is a great addition to my sons new home.

I've debated whether to review or not. However, after having the couch for a little less than a year, here is my honest review. The couch is comfortable. That's the only good thing.the material is pulling really bad on the lower portion of the couch, especially on the recliner portions. One of the motors on the end recliners works half of the time. The USB on that same recliner stopped working after a month. The middle recliner's legs catch on the lower metal bar when extending. You literally have to recline it while standing next to it first. I still haven't figured out how to grind down that metal piece yet. Separating the pieces to vacuum under it or move the couch is near impossible due to how bent most of those part were from the warehouse. I honestly wish I purchased the non-electric one. Save yourself the hassle and just go basic on this couch.

Bought this couch almost exactly a year ago. The fabric is garbage, it's constantly pulling apart and it appears fuzzy. There is pretty much no support left in the seats. Definitely disappointed considering the price

This couch is comfortable enough, but there is definitely a lack of lumbar support and the fabric has began to have piles after 3 months. I liked a lot of options at value city and did buy a second couch set, however I cannot recommend this couch.

We were excited to finally invest in new furniture, but our experience with this couch has been very disappointing. Shoddy Fabric: Within just two months, the fabric started to look cheap and worn. Poor Stitching: The stitching has begun to unravel and knot, which not only looks unsightly but also indicates cheap material were used. This has led to noticeable fraying and knotting in several areas. Cushion Discomfort: By the six-month mark, the cushions have significantly lost their firmness. They no longer provide the support we expected from a brand-new sofa, making it uncomfortable for daily use. Unstable Frame: The couch's frame seems poorly constructed; it's slightly lopsided, which affects the overall balance. Moreover, every time you sit down or adjust your position, there's an annoying creak that echoes through the room, suggesting that the frame might not be as sturdy as one would expect. Overall, we are deeply disappointed with this purchase. After much anticipation and waiting, this couch has not met our expectations in terms of quality or longevity. This has definitely been a regrettable buy, one we would advise others to reconsider before making.

I bought this sectional 6 months ago. The fabric is pilling and fine black threads woven through the fabric are breaking causing the fabric to tear. This sectional was beautiful when I bought it now it's just falling apart with black treads and pills all over.

We purchased this in March 2023 and slowly months later the fabric began pilling really bad on the most sat on cushions. And eventually entire couch began to look that way. Now it's November and the threads are coming apart at the seams and the couch looks absolutely nothing that it did on the showroom floor.
