The product was as advertised. The showroom, selection and sales person were great. The only criticism was that the delivery crew wouldn't take our old chaise when they delivered the new one. This policy, which I've never experienced before, needs to be communicated clearly to the customer before purchase. It was an unnecessary surprise that dampened an otherwise good experience.
I would purchase this again!

We bought this chaise and then we decided to buy the two sofas of the set. Very disappointed with value city.
