We bought our sectional march 2023. So far the frame has broken twice on 2 separate recliners. One of the recliners the buttons stopped working so it doesn't recline anymore. I would not buy this product again.
I've only had this sectional for 7 months. The fabric is already fraying and wearing out. Feathers are constantly coming out. I haven't even finished paying for it and it looks years old. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.

Everything is exactly as expected.
Worst couch ever!
Only had couch for 3 months and the material is pilling, one recliner doesn't close all the way, one cushion is flattening, back attached pillows are flattening. Terrible wear for the money.

We paid over 5 grand when bought ours in 2023 I'm so extremely dissatisfied the couch is beautiful but something for 5 grand should last us more than a year. We don't abuse our furniture we have zero stains all we do is watch tv and relax on it.
I would not buy this again
Feathers coming out all the time, cushioning breaks down within a month. One year in headrest on Recliner stopped working.
