Bed broke and customer service doesn't get it.
Bed did not support 750 lbs as indicated. Rails broke after 1 week of use. There are only 2 rails and the metal clips that attach to the sides bent and the mattress fell on the floor. It's a good thing that the bed is only 2 inches off the ground or we would have incurred personal injuries too. ...

Very modern bed. You do need a full size box spring. The silver around the top makes it pop. I love the high headboard. And I like that it hits the floor.
