Headline says it all. Back sags even when not used (no such indication on floor model) Lint. Lots of lint.
I've been buying furniture from value city for years and usually had a good experience till now. I received this couch in February and the quality is already terrible. It looks like I've had it for years when it has only been 7 months. There is lint everywhere and it's impossible to clean. It still leaves lint and smells. I tried calling customer service at my local Value city to see if I can exchange for another couch and they said they couldn't do anything since it isn't "broken" or "under warranty." For the amount I'm spending on this couch I expected better quality. I'm very disappointed and won't be buying from value city again.
Will never recommend value city furniture to anyone I had a bad experience purchased Riley sectional and after a month it as filled with lint they took months to change the covers only and after a month I am facing the same problem very bad quality
This sofa pils and sinks like crazy. The fabric is terrible quality and it looks horrible after just a few months of use. 100% regret this purchase.
After 1 year the fabric piles and looks likes it's 10 years old. Very uncomfortable and does not wear well at all. Extremely disappointed. Waste of money
