We use this couch everyday. We had previously bought a sectional through Value City about two years ago which did not hold up very well. We were afraid to buy another one from Value City but really liked this sofa. Every day we're happier that we got it. We haven't had it too long so I can't say muc...
I bought this sectional in December 2018. It was very comfortable in-store (Cumulus), but I opted for the Comfort one instead because I didn't want to constantly sink into the couch. After about 6 months of having it the cushions that are sat on the most started sinking into the couch. While still v...
First of all, the fabric is horrendous. It started pilling almost immediately upon using our Winston sectional last year and has progressively gotten worse. The pillows shed an absorbent amount of feathers so the back cushions barely fill the slipcover. The seat cushions made of foam and are very full, dense, and heavy. They have buckles to assist in securing the seat cushion so it doesn't slip off the couch, but these are functionally useless since they are made of elastic and the cushion constantly slides 1/3 of the way off the couch. It's super inconvenient having to adjust the cushions multiple times a day so you're not falling off the couch. In addition to all the functional and aesthetic issues, we purchased the extended warranty in the event of spills, stains, accidents. I filed a claim for a spill and I was sent a little tiny DIY cleaning kit. When I attempted to contact them again when the stain didn't come out with the kit they sent me, the app said that I wasn't able to contact them right now bc I filed a recent claim. So this extended warranty specifically for stains and spills really just ended up being a REALLY expensive DIY mini fabric cleaning kit. I'm completely disgusted with the quality of this couch. I had a VCF couch and loveseat that I purchased in the early 2000s and the quality was amazing. Really disappointed with the fabric wear, warranty service, and overall design.
It's been 3 years since we bought our couch and it's still our favorite purchase. We get so many compliments from everyone who comes over. It's held up very well. We still don't have a single complaint. I love the deep cushions (I cross my legs a lot). I love the lumbar pillows. The cushions are perfect. It's not too firm and not too soft. It's just right and they've held up. Our friends fall asleep on it all the time when they come over. Best couch ever. If this ever wears out, we're getting another one. Please do not stop making this model VCF!
We have had this couch for 3 years and have two little kids and a large dog that sleeps on the couch. It's very comfortable but the fabric has worn pretty bad and it was a pain to take the covers off and wash. Would not recommend if you have pets and this is your primary couch.
This couch is 10/10 when it comes to comfort and overall style. Ive received countless compliments on how comfortable it is. However, the negatives of this couch is I got the hybrid fill and I have not had the couch for 6months and you can tell the spots that are most sat in. It is also a little high maintenance in the sense that the back cushions and pillows need to be fluffed. Lastly, I have had it for 6 months and the fabric has also started pilling on the bottom cushions.
Just got this today and I'm in love! It looks great in my living room.
I should not have to think how to strategically sit on my couch. I should want to sit in all of the spots and be comfy. After owning this couch for less than a year, it already broke in the middle just from sitting on it. I'm a male weighing only 210lbs. The chaise started to bow in within 3 months of owning it, required me to put 2 of the back rest pillows against it to avoid sinking in further. I will be contacting Value City this week to see what they can do.

I've had my two-piece Winston Sectional for almost four years now and it's still my favorite piece of furniture in the apartment. Not only is it the coziest place to sit, the fabric holds up so well and the look is timeless. I have two large dogs, I would have anticipated needing a new couch by now, but my Winston Sectional has stood the test of time!
This is such a great couch and especially for the price. The style is very simple and modern, the material is high quality and looks great, and it is very deep.

It's the perfect fit in my living area.
I absolutely loved this couch when we first bought it, but a year later, I hate it! After just a year, this couch feels like we have had it for 10 years. The cushions have lost all firmness. The top back cushions separate from the bottom cushions causing the lumbar pillows to fall in the gap which causes you to sink in and not in a good way. The fabric is peeling and so dull. It's impossible to get comfortable without constantly moving around. I expected this couch to last us for years, especially since it's just two of us so it should not have worn this quickly. Feels like a complete waste of money!
