I got these delivered and I was so excited, taking a closer look at them I noticed a lot of defects with the fabric not fully covering the backing of the couch, to the seems coming loose too! I was in shock with how quickly the firmness gave in! It felt like you were slumping in when you sat on them...

Poor frame quality
Very comfortable sofa but wooden base frame broke within 2 month of gently using it. Poor quality

This has become my favorite chair lol I didn't realize when I bought it that is swiveled. I bought it as an Accent chair for the sofa I had previously purchased.. I don't even sit on my sofa. This is my chair like Archie bunker. No one else can sit in my chair lol I love it.

I bought this Navy-blue sectional to fit into a tight space without sticking out into the room too far as a chaise would. Fit the bill perfectly. I like the different fabric on the additional 4 throw pillows and they are modern, yet transitional in style. Only observation in our first month of using it is the cushions are much firmer than those on the model in the showroom. That tells me that either the model had a lot of try-outs or the manufacturer has switched out the filling inside the seat cushions. The fabric has a nice chenille texture and soft to the touch. It has a bit of a nap to it that wasn't apparent on the white/ivory showroom model. A quick swipe with the hand and any variations are blended back together. The matching ottoman is a bit shorter than the seat cushions so making the cushions into a bed is not recommended for anyone needing a flat bed. Youngsters probably would never notice. I would recommend this sectional to anyone looking for a piece that isn't too pricey, yet stylish.
