REBATE

Members will be assigned a unique 6-digit Member Code, to be used to receive 5% back on all purchases (“Rebate”). The 6-digit Member Code must be entered in-stores by giving the 6-digit Member Code to a Home Furnishing Consultant (HFC) to enter or online within the promo code box for the Member to receive the Rebate on a purchase. The Rebate is combinable with other offers and discounts; however, under no circumstances will a Rebate be given on shipping costs, returned or canceled orders, or gift cards.

Provided that appropriate documentation has been provided, Rebate checks or electronic payments are paid quarterly based on delivered-sales volume (the “Rebate Payment”). Rebate payments are made on delivered sales as follows: Delivered sales between October and December are paid by the end of February; Delivered sales between January and March are paid by the end of May; Delivered sales between April and June are paid by the end of August; Delivered sales between July and September are paid by the end of November.

Rebate Payments will be paid either electronically or via check and sent to the address provided in the Member’s application unless the Member provides an updated address. Members of the ADTP agree that ASI has the right to reclaim any Rebate Payment, whether via electronically, by check, or by other means, that has been paid to a Member on a returned or cancelled order.

The billing address and ship to address on a purchase by the Member are not required to be the same. If the Member’s client wants a warranty on a purchase, the warranty will be tied to the billing address on the purchase. The Member’s client need not be present to make a purchase for the client. In addition, a Member’s client may use the 6-digit Member Code without the Member present.

If a Member requests a tax exemption, the Member must provide ASI with a resale certificate for each state where items are being delivered. A resale certificate must be provided with each order.
